In the third round of the Women's U-20 Sudamericano in the city of Santos – Brazil, Bolivia and Uruguay drew 1-1.
The Uruguayan goal was converted by Yamila Badell at 7 minutes. In the second half Bolivia tied the game with a penalty goal taken by Marcela Ortiz. The Bolivians missed several good chances to win the game and take all 3 points.
At the 65 minute mark Uruguay was reduced to 10 players after the expulsion of Lucia Martinez, and later nine when a red card was shown to Sabrina Soravilla at 85'.

Colombia appeared to be the stronger of the two sides but weren't very ordered on the pitch. Ecuador was not far behind but failed to get much of anything on goal.
