The U-17 and U-20 teams both started their training in March in Ezeiza. The U-17 team share training, rooms and travel with their older counterparts. Joint illusions were the great engine of these two teams looking ahead as their main objective, to bring women's football to the top.
It was the U-20's who had the first chance in the Sudamericano that took place in the city of Santos, Brazil, between November and December. Now it's the U-17's turn to put into practice what they have learned and worked on this year. While still waiting for the confirmation of the place and dates of the Sudamericano, the team coached by Eduardo Sanchez wants to prepare in the best way possible for the competition, which will be held in late February or early March.
Therefore, in mid-January, the team will again come together in Ezeiza to train. The training sessions will take place three times a week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) in the afternoon. The training will be more demanding looking to work on the tactical as well as the physical aspects of the players. Work will be done all week, including some two-a-days.
