Continuing its preparations for the 2016 Futsal FIFA World Cup, Colombia will continue to train ahead of several commitments in the next year.
In Medellin and under the direction of coach Osmar Fonnegra, the national team returned to practice after its participation in the Grand Prix of Brazil and will work until December 20, the day on which the team will end this year ready for 2016.
"We are very calm and very happy to return to training. We believe that from this group 14 players will go to Japan and then to Asuncion, Paraguay for the Copa America," said Osmar Arney Fonnegra.
The coach explained his training methodology: "We're going to have a mini pre-season to gain time. We will train more this week, work hard physically."
This will be the last work of 2015. In January, Fonnegra will call up the 14 players who will travel on the Asian tour; then they will fly to Paraguay for World Cup qualifying.
