Brazil and Ecuador drew 0-0 Saturday at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California.

Brazil started the match with Jonas as the lone striker up top in a 4-1-4-1 tactical scheme proposed by coach Dunga. Ecuador coach Gustavo Quintero opted for a 4-2-3-1 scheme with Enner Valencia in the attack.
