The list must be whittled down to 23 by May 20th according to the regulations of the event, explained the Bolivian Football Federation (FBF) in a statement sent to the AFP.
One of the new inclusions on the list is naturalized Paraguayan defender Nelson Cabrera.
Bolivia is in Group D of the continental tournament with Argentina, Chile and Panama.
