Copa Bridgestone Libertadores: Atlético Nacional defeats Rosario Central 3-1

Atletico Nacional qualified Thursday to the semifinals of the 2016 Copa Libertadores by beating Rosario Central 3-1 in a dramatic match in Medellin.

Central went ahead with a goal by Marcos Ruben from the penalty spot at 8 minutes, but the Colombian champion fought back with goals from Macnelly Torres (45 + 2), Alejandro Guerra (50) and Orlando Berrio (90 + 4).

Atletico Nacional will face Sao Paulo in the semifinals.
