The Uruguayan Football Association released on Friday, September 18th, the 23 player roster for its national team during Russia's 2018 World Cup qualifiers. The team will debut on October 8th against Bolivia, which will be followed on October 12th against Colombia.
The list does not include Luis Suárez, from FC Barcelona, nor Edinson Cavani, from París Saint Germain, due to sanctions against them.
The debut against Bolivia will be played in the city of La Paz, while the second game against Colombia will be played at the Centenario Stadium in the city of Montevideo.
