"Paraguay is dangerous, regardless of the rout they suffered" against Argentina (6-1) in the semifinals, but Peru will seek "the highest accomplishment, which is the third place", at the maximum continental tournament.
The Inca team is coming in against the Guarani squad trying to repeat their 2011 edition performance in which they grabbed third place.
"It will be a complicated game despite any absences," the helmsman added.
Peru and Paraguay will define the third place of the Copa America on Friday, in the city of Concepcion, about 500 kilometers south of Santiago.
