Within the program of the Directors of Development of the Peruvian Football Federation and the sponsor of FIFA and CONMEBOL, the course for youth coaches was inaugurated on Monday, November 24that the Dr. Nicolas Delfino Puccinelli Sports Complex of the FPF.
In this course, 27 national coaches who develop youth football will receive training in concepts and methodologies involved in this category. The course will end on Friday, November 28, 2014.
The opening ceremony had the presence of Dr. Javier Quintana, Secretary General, along with Development Director Professor Oscar Hamada and Professor Reinaldo Rueda Riveramaya, FIFA Instructor and outstanding football coach.
Professor Hamada in his greeting and welcoming the attendees emphasized the qualities of Professor Rueda who said «it is good to have a professional of his caliber and to have Reinaldo in the path of our country, I have been able to verify and certify in the various courses I have encountered with him and vouch for his professionalism , but I also want to highlight his great personal qualities, the way he faces issues such as ethics, humility that characterizes him and rarely seen in football «
Finally, he added that hopefully they all can take advantage of this week and he is eager to deliver the latest FIFA Soccer circumstances. Today is the starting point where you have to really absorb the instruction and training; we have not stopped growing, but today begins with this pleasant visit and this great instructor, training our revolution in the country.
For his part, Professor Rueda thanked Professor Hamada for his tremendous distinction and FIFA for arranging for him to come to Peru. I think that before you give orientation or do a course, you have to share with others, so thank you very much to the FPF as I have a great affection and gratitude toward Peru, because 29 years ago the Colombian Football Federation sent me to the First International Course here in Lima.
Finally he said, «the idea of this course is to make or share some issues, both theoretical and practice where you are directly involved in the development and design of the training unit of whom you are the main protagonists, the main actors of this course I have developed, that’s the idea, you have a great responsibility here in Peru, because every time you talk about Peru, you talk about a rich football history, and culture full of talent «.
For his part, Dr. Quintana, the Secretary General, at the opening of course said «That Peru is very proactive on this issue, this year we had previous seminars, we are having circulation of women’s football, the subject of soccer balls we are trying to provide to the grassroots level, we are excited about all of our Peruvian professional staff being trained and study. Football ceased to be a simple game, now is really a profession, along the lines of physical preparation, we have to be conscious of the issues. «

Note that the course will have issues like: Tactical / discussion, tactics periodization, offensive and defensive tactical principles, game analysis, evaluation parameters, tactical analysis of the finalists at Brazil’s World Cup, tactical analysis of Holland, Argentina, and Germany.
